If the compressor fails, we replace the unit
We will replace the unit if the compressor (that’s the heart of the system) fails in the first year of operation. All split system products must be installed with an Airtemp-approved matching indoor air handler or indoor coil.

If the heat exchanger (the major furnace component) fails in the first year of operation, we will replace the furnace with like product.
